If you need to cancel an order, contact customer care as soon as possible with your order reference.

Before dispatch

Orders may be cancelled while they are still being prepared. Once an order has been handed to the delivery partner, it can no longer be cancelled and the return or exchange policy will apply.

Refund timing

For an eligible prepaid cancellation, the refund is sent back to the original payment method after the cancellation is confirmed. Bank processing times can vary.
